Camp Tuition & Affordability
No upfront charges! A security deposit of $250 per camper is required to reserve your camp spot and is applied to a week of your choice during the summer. There are no registration fees
Camp tuition is paid weekly, every Monday, via Cash, Check, or Venmo
Field Trip fees are an additional expense and the average cost is $15 - $30 per camper. There are no additional charges for rainy-day field trips
Attendance
Morning drop-off is between 8:00 - 10:30 am. Early drop-off, 7:30 - 8:00 am, is available if scheduled in advance
Afternoon pick-up is between 5:00 - 6:00 pm. Early pick-up from the Swim Club is also available
There is a $1 per minute late fee for children picked up after 6 pm
Cancellation and/or Registration change requests must be submitted two weeks in advance in writing to be considered for approval. Requests made with less than 2 weeks’ notice will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the full payment for days/weeks your child(ren) was committed to attend. Payment must be made before your child(ren) can return to camp.
Please note these requirements are in place due to the amount of preparation for each week of the summer; ensuring staffing, materials, and transportation needs are met
Daily Camper Packing List
Please ensure that your child brings the following items daily to camp and LABEL everything:
Swimsuit (Under 7 years old please arrive wearing a swimsuit under clothes)
Sun protection: Sunscreen, rashguard, hat, and or sunglasses
Towel
Reusable Water Bottle
Lunch (can bring from home or purchase at the pool snack bar)
Optional / Recommended Items: Goggles, swim floaties, and warm clothes
Camp provides a morning and an afternoon snack but campers are allowed to bring extra money from home to purchase additional snacks at the snack bar. All camper money must be stored with the camp director, to prevent loss.
Prohibited Items: Electronics and trading cards (ex. Pokémon). Please leave all cell phones, tablets, and game devices at home.
