Dear Families:

We have exciting news to share - we are launching our 2026 camp registration with a software called Sawyer, in an effort to streamline the registration process on your end (and ours!).  With Sawyer, you can:

  • Create a family profile and add multiple children all under one account

  • Register for Fun in the Sun with ease on your desktop or mobile device

  • Sync bookings to your ical or google calendar

  • Receive reminders about upcoming camp dates for each of your campers

Sawyer easily walks you through each step, but here are some high-level steps to follow:

  • Create an account by clicking here: https://www.hisawyer.com/fun-in-the-sun/auth/sign-up

  • If signing your camper(s) up for 1-4 days in a given week or weeks, choose “Drop-in”.  If signing your camper up for all 5 days in a given week or weeks click “Weekly”. 

  • Required forms, waivers and agreements must be completed for each camper

  • At checkout, you should see a 100% off coupon. Please note, this is only because we are not utilizing the registration software to collect or track payments as those will be collected at each site, on the first day your camper attends for a given week. If a balance does show at check out, please add the code “REG” into the Promo Code Field. Once you click “Apply” the remainder of the balance will be zeroed out.

  • Once registration is complete, please send a Deposit (check made payable to Fun in the Sun) for the cost of the first week of camp for each of your camper(s).  Payments can be mailed to Fun in the Sun, PO Box 797, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.  The deposit officially holds your spot for your camper(s).

Important Notes:

  • While drop-in rates are listed as $100/day, discounts are built in for number of days attending (and reflect the costs outlined in the pricing tables on our website).

  • Also note that the sibling discount will NOT show on the cost summary page. Not to worry – when families pay tuition each week, the sibling discount listed in our pricing tables will represent the payment due.   If sending in deposits for a camper and their sibling(s), please reference the tables on our Camp Costs page to ensure you send in the correct amount(s).
